Antique Staffordshire Transferware Teapot

Simply gorgeous. Staffordshire dark blue transferware teapot c 1820-1835 with illustrations front and back of an English landscape with shepherd and pair of sheep grazing on the bucolic lawn of a tree-framed English baronial castle. The piece has a raised and scalloped broad spout, with a rectangular domed lid embellished with scrollwork and dot pattern, and finished with a dark blue painted dark metal knob. The ornate curving handle and spout have complementary scroll and dot patterning. The teapot is finished with a flared foot with similar design motif.
Condition
knob is painted, repair to side, crazing appropriate for age, displays beautifully—worthy of restoration
