1939 French Coin Dish
Item Details
An 1939 French coin dish. The bowl features a commemorative coin on the anniversary of the French Revolution. P. Turin is etched into the very bottom of the inner bowl design. This bowl is made partly of sterling silver, but is weighted by the brass disc in the bottom. The bottom is marked ‘150me / Revolution 1789 / Anniversaire La Francaise 1939’.
Condition
- some dents in the sides of the bowl.
