A Huichol jaguar head. The intricate piece of Mexican folk-art made by the Huichol people, who live in the states of Jalisco, Durango, and Nayarit in Mexico. The beaded head features colorful decoration using symbols and designs which date back centuries formed by using using wax to adhere beads to a carved wood head.
