Silver Plate Art Deco Tea Kettle on Stand
Item Details
A silver plate Art Deco style tea kettle on a stand. This angular tea kettle features a squared, black bakelite fixed handle above the rectangular lid, a square body with cut corners, and a straight, hexagonal spout protruding from one side. The kettle is supported on a burner stand by several nobs to the sides, and the stand features a heart shaped space within the lattice formed by the side supports.
Condition
- tarnish visible on most of the exterior, more severe on tea kettle; would benefit from a polish; some soot and residue from a candle to the underside of the kettle.
