Michael Blaser Signed Limited Edition Print "The Public Landing: Cincinnati, 1900"

A signed limited edition offset lithograph after the original painting by renowned riverboat painter Michael Blaser (20th/21st century), titled, The Public Landing: Cincinnati 1900. The image depicts the waterfront as it might have appeared 116 years ago, the river teeming with steamboats with smoking tall stacks chugging along and docking on the banks, the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge a canopy overhead. This piece numbered 98 in an edition of 950 and signed by the artist in pencil to the lower margin. Artist signature is printed in plate to the lower right. Notable landmarks and boats included in the image are printed below plate along the lower edge. The print is mounted behind green and cream double mat, under glass in a fine polished wood frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- interior edges of mats are discolored. Light wear to finish of frame.
