A handwoven Heriz-style wool area rug. Made in India, this rug features a crisp center pendant medallion design in rich indigo on a stepped salmon field, with ivory corner spandrels having a repeated rectilinear floral and foliate pattern and an indigo border featuring oak leaves and large rosettes. Accent tones include rust, navy, salmon, ivory and green. It has a hand-tied, natural wool warp fringe to either end. Tagged to reverse.
