Absolutely Fabulous French Antique Zinc Downspout Fixtures

Absolutely fabulous French archtectural capital zinc down spouts that have been creatively re-purposed as light fixtures. The capitals are in patinated zinc with scrolled tops and dentil detailing. The fantastical half ram, half man like figures at the front center with horns and open mouths to expel the rain. The fixtures have been mounted flush on the wall by two screws with the socket to accept a standard bulb. When lit, the light will shine from both the open top, the mouth and the bottom as well for a very interesting effect. These are incredibly cool ‘one of a kind’ light fixtures, perfect for use as sconces in a hallway, powder room, bar, wine cellar, office…really anywhere!

Condition

The capital are naturally distressed, some edges are separating, the leaf detail at one top is damaged, minor issues that lend to the antique charm of the fixtures.
