A W.E. Dwyer oil painting. Painting depicts a city street scene with a balloon seller and a flower cart to the front of a black gate, behind which are large green trees. Painting is signed in the bottom left hand corner ‘WE Dwyer’ and housed in a decorative green frame that makes use of floral patterns. To the back is writing that titles the painting what appears to be ‘Gates at Jrebson Square’ and dates it to what appears to read ‘4/4/63’.
