A pair of burgundy velvet Victorian parlor chairs. Two high-backed slipper chairs in a burgundy velvet upholstery with a lacquered mahogany finish to the frame. A floral spray is carved into the wood atop each chair. The wood curves around the upholstered balloon back. The backrests are tufted on both, champagne colored gimp trim separating the upholstery from the wood. One chair has armrests, with tufted interior walls. The seat of each chair has a smooth upholstery. The smoothness continues on the upholstered back side of each chair. Both sit atop a wood base with two curved back legs and two cabriole front legs. No markings or tags.
