Two Early 18th Century French Handwritten Letters

Item Details

A pair of handwritten French language letters dating to the early 1700s. The first is a folded sheet with three and a half pages of writing, has a stamp at the top reading ‘Montauban’, a town in southern France, and is dated 1714. The second is stamped ‘Caen’, in Normandy, is signed ‘Conte a Bricquebec’, a town in Normandy, and dated 1733.
