An antique, ‘Thonet’ style, stamped no. ‘44’, bentwood arm chair in original finish with original embossed plywood seat, labeled ‘J & J Kohn, Austria’, on seat rail, underneath. Jacob and Josef Kohn were leading competitors of Gebrüder Thonet. Circa 1910.
