Item Details
A vintage AMF Pacesetter metal pedal car and a pedal car book. This classic metal children’s pedal car was manufactured by AMF from the 1940s to the 1960s. The details on this model suggest it is from the 1950s. The yellow paint is accented by a navy graphic with the AMF logo and reads ‘Pacesetter’ across the side. The red hubcaps feature a chrome colored cap that meet white wall tires. The hood features a metal accent, a silver colored plastic grill. The red steering wheel sits behind a white plastic windshield frame. The rear of the car features a faux spare tire compartment, and four red plastic faux lights. The metal bench seat inside sits over two bike style pedals and metal axels. The car comes accompanied with a hard bound coffee table book about toy cars: Pedal Cars – Chasing the Kidillac. by Jane Dwyre Garton.
