A vintage Ethel Parkinson print titled Dutch Boys Approaching Girls. This chromolithograph depicts dutch children by the water with windmills and a sunset to the background. It is signed in plate to lower right and is presented in a vintage wood frame and under glass. Ethel Parkinson (1868-1957) was a Polish born German artist known for her illustrations of children.
