A watercolor portraying a birds-eye view of Venice Beach, California by water-colorist Raymond Packer (b. 1933, Iowa). Packer graduated from Drake University and taught at Caney College, Kentucky and the Akron Art Institute, Ohio. In 1964 Packer opened the Packard Gallery. In 1976 he moved to Venice Beach and began a watercolor series of the California coast. Signed and dated 1985 lower right.
