A 1960s Butler illuminated metal globe on a wooden stand. This off-yellow globe is suspended within a metal ring, at an angle matching the actual tilt of the Earth, and with a scale of approximately 500 miles per inch, it is covered with details including transportation routes and distances between various cities. A beveled circular wooden ring encircles the globe, and is suspended on three turned wooden legs connected to the wheeled, circular base.

Condition

Globe shows several tiny wear spots to the exterior.
