An antique oak chest. This chest features a rectangular beveled top, paneled sides, two bowed front top drawers with dovetail joinery and ornate open work brass pulls and locks, accented on each side by carved molding, two elongated drawers with dovetail joinery, brass key locks, and ornate open work brass pulls. This chest also features an arched skirting with an applied carved wood applique and it’s original casters.

fair – dings, nicks and scratches throughout, wear consistent with age and use, slight chips to wood veneer
