A copy of the February 2016 issue Mad magazine #537, which was the end-of-year issue and included the ‘20 Dumbest People, Events, and Things 2015.’ This piece is signed by Tony Moore and has been sketched with a zombified Alfred E. Neuman. Moore’s first work for Mad is in this issue and is featured on page 11.
