A hand colored engraving titled Veduta Del Ponte Nomentano by Luigi Rossini (1790 – 1857) a famous Italian artist who was known for traveling around ancient Rome and creating etching on the architecture. Produced circa 1822, the print depicts a fortress-like bridge with rolling hills to the background. The artist name, title, and date are printed to the lower margin. Presented behind glass in a carved gilt frame with off-white linen matting and a wire to the verso.
