Item Details
A circa 1920s Mandalian Manufacturing Co. metal mesh purse. Purse has a thin silver tone chain strap that connects to metal hinged clasp closure. Closure has filigree design with two parrots on each side of clasp. The mesh body of the bag is enameled with a cerulean blue, gold, canary yellow, and robin eggs blue floral design. With triangular cut edge. Marked ‘Mandalian MFG Co. USA’, Mandalian Manufacturing Co. was bought by Whiting & Davis in 1944. Whiting & Davis is still in business today.

- interior lining is ripped and peeling away.
