A vintage Bell & Howell ‘Project-or-View 500’ slide projector. Protected by a latching, fabric covered case with a handle on the top and placard reading ‘Bell & Howell’ near the bottom, the top lifts off to reveal the projector unit affixed to the base. This unit includes a tray for loading frames, a projection bulb encased and cooled by a small fan, an adjustable coated Trionar lens for projection, and a built in viewing port for personal previews.
