An original oil on academy board painting by listed, Kentuckian artist Lennox Allen (b.1911). The artist has painted a thoroughly captivating seascape with plenty of energy. This painting features beautiful impasto brush strokes, and a loosely impressionistic style of rendering. The painting is signed by the artist to the bottom right hand corner and is presented in a wooden frame with worn white paint.
Condition
Wear consistent with age, wear to frame.
