A circa 1870s Renaissance Revival full sized walnut and burl bed frame. This bed frame comes with an exaggerated high headboard, footboard, two rails, and a box spring. The detailing to the headboard and footboard features round medallions, square posts, ‘C’ scrolled details, and fan designs. This item is original to the Howard House of Moody, Texas. The home was originally built by Charles Howard, a resident of Moody when the town was founded in 1881.
