A signed original oil on board painting by the listed American artist and illustrator Danny Crouse (1938-1992). Painted as the book cover for the Harlequin Intrigue novel A Teaspoon of Murder, this highly realistic oil illustration depicts a man and a woman as they wade through high water. Signed by the artist to the lower right, the painting is displayed in a gold tone wooden frame with off-white mat. Hanging hardware is present to the verso. A copy of the book A Teaspoon of Murder is included with the painting.
