A signed artist’s proof offset lithograph reproduction of a painting by listed New York-based cityscape artist Kamil Kubik (1930 – 2011). This print depicts Gramercy Park in Manhattan. Tall, blossoming trees rise from the gated park, and massive buildings rise around the perimeter. The print is signed in-plate to the lower right. The print is signed and labeled ‘A/P,’ or Artist’s Proof, in pencil in the lower margin. The print is matted in white and presented behind glass in a thin wooden frame with white and gold tone finishes and a hanging wire.
