"Echo Canyon" Oil Painting by Val Samuelson

An oil on canvas Plein air painting titled Echo Canyon by Palm Springs artist Val Samuelson (1913-2000), former Art Director of the Palm Springs Desert Museum and a photographer for Palm Springs Life Magazine, whose works are in collections nationwide and abroad. This painting depicts a dynamic desert canyon in rich earth-tone hues and is signed to the lower left corner. It presents in a gold-painted frame, titled and signed to the verso.
