A Lane cedar chest with upholstered top. This cedar storage chest features an oak finish, cream colored upholstery with light pink and blue dot floral pattern, four faux drawers embellished with gold tone batwing handle pulls, and curved bracket feet. Marked to interior lid ‘Lane Altavista, Virginia’ with additional patent and aroma-tite information, as well as how to re-upholster the top and key envelope. Marked to the underside ‘style no. 551074 serial no. 2785130’. This chest has been verified with the Lane Product Safety line and was made in late 1987.
