German A. Schreiber Wien Grand Piano

Item Details

A German grand piano manufactured by the A.Schreiber Piano Company. The body features a burled mahogany, an open top with brass frame, ivory keys and a collapsible elegantly pierced sheet music stand. The lyre post also features pierced carving details. The piano is supported by hexagonal tapered legs atop casters.

Condition

This piano shows signs of Powderpost beetles to the bottom and the back leg. The soundboard has slight damage and is cracked in two places. Ivory keys are in good condition.
