A ruby, sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is made of an 18K yellow gold mounting with cabochon shaped ruby and sapphires. There are seven round diamonds 0.20 cts each to the center. There is a total of 3.75 cts in the ruby. The inside of the size 6 ring is stamped ‘18K’. The item comes with its original gemological appraisal card.
