Lillian Rhodes Oil Painting of a Spanish Woman
Item Details
An oil on canvas portrait by California artist Lillian Rhodus (1908-1988). This portrait was painted using thick vertical brushstrokes in warm hues and depicts a beautiful young Spanish woman wearing a sleeveless pink dress and large gold hoop earrings as she gazes slightly over her right shoulder. It is signed to the lower right corner, set in a linen mat with a gold-tone accent and presented in a carved wooden frame with a wire on the verso for mounting.

Good- light wear to front of canvas and frame
