A vintage 1961 Hummel ‘Guardian Angel’ figure. This hand painted porcelain figure depicts an orange cloaked angel watching over the Hummel boy and girl. The figure is marked to the backside of it’s base ‘M.J. Hummel’ numbered 88/1 33 5 18, dated 1961 and stamped in blue with the Hummel flying bee and V as well as by W. Goebel W. Germany.
