An untitled limited edition serigraph on paper by American Modernist artist Harry Koursaros (1928-1986). Koursaros is best-known for his simple geometric compositions such as this one. This print depicts a patchwork of structured squares and rectangles filled with bright purple, blue, teal, red, silver, and gold ink. The metallic inks are still freshly luminescent in a manner that gives this optically static image a rhythmic shimmer of brilliance. The print is signed and dated 1980 in pencil to the lower right and is numbered 51/300 in pencil to the lower left. The print is presented without matting or framing, awaiting your choice of presentation.

Condition

to fair- creasing and denting to edges, most obvious to top corners. Very light scuffing in lower margin.
