Jacqueline Gikow Stoneware Decanter

Item Details

A hand thrown stoneware decanter by potter Jacqueline Gikow. The decanter has an inverted cone shape, showing the finger rings, with a thrown and altered stopped. The stopped is spherical, with five thrown, applied spherical forms at the top and offset to the side, with a small silver-toned bead applied. The piece is mottled, groggy stoneware with natural wheat and pale blue glaze colors. Signed to the underside.
