Item Details

An antique Swiss Craft desk produced by Tell City Furniture Co. (T.C.F. Co.). This charming desk features a wide and relatively shallow beveled top, three shallow drawers underneath with round, decorative metal handles, underscored by a braided trim, and two turned, decorative front legs with acanthus leaf scrolls towards the top connected to two square back legs by turned stretchers. There are several decals, one which reads ‘Swiss Craft’, and another label that includes ‘T.C.F. Co.’.

Condition

- a third stretcher appears to be missing, which would span between the two other stretchers.
- some scratches and dents to the exterior, especially on the desktop surface.
