A Weider 9645 Pro home gym, model wesy96450 with manual and fitness ball. The complete home gym has two weight stacks in the center surrounded by three stations allowing the user to perform; leg presses, leg lifts, ab crunches, a bench press, overhead press, lat pull downs and a pulley system for many more customized routines. The manual is included as well as an exercise ball. This gym is located in the lower level of the home and will need to be moved up one flight of stairs.
