Item Details

A color lithographic reproduction after the original hand-colored mezzotint by Leonard Campbell Taylor, titled The Sampler, signed in plated to the lower left. The print was published by permission of the Trustees of the Lady Lover Collection and copyrighted in 1933 by Frost & Reed Ltd. of Bristol, England, in the United States of America, as indicated by fine printed text to the bottom edge below plate. The print is mounted behind off-white mat with French lines, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a speckled silver finish. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration across print and mat. Finish of frame is worn.
