An original acrylic on wood painting of the Crucifixion by Santa Monica artist Warren Long (1953 – 2016). This piece features vibrant colors with mixed media accents and is signed to the lower right corner. Below the figure of Christ on the cross are two cut-out cruciform shapes, behind which are mounted a series of U.S. dollar bills, showing the word ‘One’ upside down, and the eye and pyramid design found on the bills. Presented in a primitive barn wood frame and ready to hang.
