A vintage 1945 Gottleib ‘Stage Door Canteen’ pinball machine. This is an electro-mechanical, flipperless pinball machine – a woodrail. Predating flippered pinball machines, the user of this machine would physically nudge the machine in attempts to persuade the ball’s direction. This was the first post-war pinball machine produced by Gottleib.
