A Winchester fireproof gun safe. The tall steel safe (model WC-5928-11; serial number 10-009435) has 3-way active door bolts, is fireproof, and can hold up to twenty-four long guns, plus handguns and other items. There are hooks to the inside of the door for hanging items, and the interior is lined with a soft material to prevent scratching. A label to the inside of the door reads, ‘This safe carries a limited lifetime warranty against burglary and fire.’ Please note: this item weighs 540 pounds, is located in a basement, and must be brought up 16 (carpeted) steps.
