An original 1972 NHL player contract for James Pappin. This agreement between right winger Jim Pappin and the Chicago Black Hawks shows he played for a base salary of $42,500, and it is signed by Pappin as well as the third president of the National Hockey League, Clarence Campbell, Black Hawks owner Bill Wirtz and their manager, Tommy Ivan. It is protected by a plastic sleeve.
