A vintage baseball signed by Babe Ruth, Jackie Robinson, Bob Feller and others. This Mexican made Rabbit Liga Internacional baseball with red stitching is signed by legendary Hall of Famer George Herman ‘Babe’ Ruth Jr. This piece is thought to have been signed at a barnstorming game during the offseason where the Great Bambino personalized it ‘To my pal Howarditos, from Babe Ruth.’ It was later signed by Major League Baseball’s first African-American athlete, Jackie Robinson. The ball was also signed by Bob Feller under his remark, ‘Best wishes.’ The other signatures are: Max Patkin, the ‘Clown Prince of Baseball’; Ed Lopat; Phil Marchildon; Bob Lemon; Andy Pafko; Ferris Fain; Eddie Miller; Jim Hegan and Ralph Kiner, signed his name and added, ‘Buena Suerte’ which means, ‘Good Luck’. Babe Ruth was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1936, and Robinson and Feller were both elected in 1962. There are about thirteen total signatures on this piece, and it is displayed in a clear plastic cube case.
