A Willie Mays and Willie McCovey autographed plaque. The plaque features a signed photograph of both players secured behind protective plastic and mounted to a wooden backing. A brass plaque near the bottom reads, ‘Willie Mays ~ Willie McCovey, ’Giant Superstars, 1979 – Hall of Fame Inductees – 1986’. The piece includes a certificate of authenticity from JSA, with JSA identification number P56005. Mays was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1979 after a career which included a victory in the 1954 World Series, 24 All-Star game appearances, and numerous other accomplishments. McCovey was rookie of the year in 1959 for the National League as well as its most valuable player in 1969, and he was named an All-Star six times during his career.
