An original oil landscape painting on canvas by L. Stephano (1948- ). Stephano is a South Korean artist noted for his Impressionistic style and use of light in his work. This painting depicts a quiet waterside scene. A wooded shoreline leads the eye to a line of cottages in the background. The piece is presented without glass in a carved gilt frame. It is signed ‘L. Stephano’ to the lower right.
