The outer facing is a wide, round, reticulated and pierced design at four positions, with an ivory clock face. The face has Roman numerals to the face with decorative, elongated hands. To the face is printed ‘Buchanan Clock Company, Est. 1863.’ The clock is battery operated with the battery compartment mounted on the back. Manufactured in China for Three Hands Company, California.
