1869 Map of Colerain, Cincinnati, Ohio

Item Details

An 1869 Titus Atlas of Hamilton County hardly recognizable because of the difference in names of places. The bold text at the top, however reads ‘Colerain.’ The left side of the map features a Colerain Township Business directory, and in the bottom left corner there is text that reads ‘Compliments of The First National Bank of Cincinnati.’ A wonderfully historical map perfect for the avid collector of Cincinnati history. The map is framed in a wooden frame with black finish, and silver paint to innermost border, under glass.

Condition

Good, considering its age this map is in excellent condition, it has become somewhat wavy in the frame however, and for some reason there is a leaf, from a tree, trapped in between the map and the glass at the bottom left hand corner. Mold damage to frame backing seems to be of little consequence.
