An Ivy Green 1965 Ford Mustang convertible with a white top, a 289 cubic inch V-8 engine, and a C-4 automatic transmission. According to the VIN (5R08C1949), the vehicle was built in the San Jose, CA assembly plant on March 6, 1965. The car has a well-documented ownership history which includes 5 previous owners. It was originally sold by R.F. McInerny, fleet manager for Midway Motors in Los Angeles, CA to the owner of Certified Life Insurance Company of Los Angles, CA on March 8th, 1965 and changed hands later in 1965, again in 1989, again in 2000, and ultimately came to be the proud possession of the current owner, Tanya Tucker. The interior features white vinyl bench seating with embossed details and ivy gold appointments. The VIN indicates the original rear end gear ratio as 2.80:1.
