An unframed etching on rag paper with deckled edges by well-listed erotic figurative artist Jules Pascin (New York/France/Bulgaria, 1885 – 1930), titled Cinderella, posthumously printed from the cancelled plate in 1978 at The Fine Arts Group Inc in New York, New York. The image depicts Cinderella pulling up her long dress, exposing her garter, as a spindly prince prepares to fit her foot with the glass slipper, as her evil step-sisters look on in the background. Artist signature printed in plate to lower right.
Condition
- yellowing across print, heavier around outer edges. Print is float-mounted to white mat, but needs remounting.
