A whimsical ceramic sculpture by San Francisco artist Robert Kvenild. The sculpture is best described as ‘happy’, it is actually in two parts with a black and white flower pot with glossy red and white flowers atop a tri-legged red stool pieced together seemingly with nailed scrap wood.
Robert Kvenild received both his BA and MA in California, attending the University of California (Santa Cruz) and California State University (San Francisco). He has exhibited extensively and his sculptures are collected worldwide in private and public collections. This sculpture was purchased through Gumps in San Francisco.
