A mahogany chest of drawers with burl walnut veneer drawer fronts and top. The top features a unique checkerboard pattern of walnut veneer and rests over two long drawers. The drawers are both cockbeaded and feature dovetailed corners and ornately foliate designed bronze tone cutout bails and pulls and escutcheons. The skirt of the piece features a unique oval bubble trim design and each shoulder above the legs features a round sunburst trim piece. The piece rests on four columnar tapered legs.
