Beautiful Alms and Doepke wooden accent wall table. This table has a lower shelf and is signed on a small gold tone plaque ‘Alms & Doepke on the Parkway Cincinnati’ on the underside of the table. The Alms & Doepke department store opened in 1865 on Central Parkway and once anchored the shopping district in Cincinnati, the store boasted 600 feet of show windows and at one time was one time the second largest department store outside NYC.
