An original signed watercolor by well-listed Texas artist, Joan Usner Salvant. The painting depicts a gloomy, overcast scene with a wooden boardwalk heading toward a beach, which features a palette consisting of brown, blue, and gray hues, and is signed, ‘JU Salvant ’82’ in the lower right margin. This piece is double matted in tan and brown and is displayed behind glass in a simple wooden frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.
